For agencies and freelancersInstead of: Add headcount.
Run it with one.
More clients per person. Same team.
Every new client used to mean a new hire.
That was a strange rule.
It is how the model has always worked. Revenue goes up, you add people to deliver it, and the margin that looked great on paper goes back out as payroll. Then the client leaves and the hire does not.
The only way to grow was to hire. So growth became a hiring plan, and the founder stayed the system that held it all together.
Growth that does not come with a hiring plan.
More clients per person
Each operator runs several clients' marketing from one system, with a workspace for each client.
The margin stays
A new client no longer arrives with a new salary attached. Keep the margin. Lose the treadmill.
Reporting without the ritual
Performance Audit puts each client's results in one place, so nobody spends Monday morning pasting screenshots into a slide.
New client. Same team. Suspiciously calm Monday.
What each operator runs, per client.
Six modules in one system, so the work for one client is not spread across six logins and a spreadsheet of passwords.
What your clients still need you for.
Judgment, taste and someone who picks up the phone.
Ovrdrive is not a rival agency and it does not do client work. Your clients hired you for how you think. They did not hire you so that you could recruit three more people to deliver it.
The system takes the delivery load. Your team keeps the part clients actually pay for.
Too many clients. No new hires. No problem.
We run our own marketing on Ovrdrive. This is some of it.
We do not have agency results to show you yet. Ovrdrive is pre-launch, and we do not invent numbers. The first agencies in are how we get real ones.

Fair questions.
Is Ovrdrive going to compete with my agency?
No. Ovrdrive is not an agency and does not do client work. It is a system your own team runs.
How is it priced for agencies?
Per client workspace, so the cost follows the number of clients you run. The launch price starts at $790 per month for one seat and one client workspace. Tell us how many clients you have and we will quote the rest.
Does each client get its own setup?
Yes. Each client has its own workspace.
Does quality drop as we add clients?
That is the thing we most want to prove with real accounts. We would rather find out with you than claim it in a headline.
I am a freelancer, not an agency. Does this fit?
Yes. You are already the whole system. This gives the system some help, and you stay the one in control.
